Windows (recent) experience with large scale development will be required
Previous management experience across teams and proven track record of highly productive teams will be critical.

Software Development Lead

Microsoft Application Virtualization (“App-V”) is the pioneering application virtualization software for enterprise application management. The App-V Product Group is seeking a Senior Development Lead to join our Cambridge, MA Campus. This is a great opportunity to assist our team in growing and developing the App-V product. We are seeking a technical leader with strong knowledge in system-level programming and a passion for leading a team of 5-6 developers. The candidate will also need to demonstrate experience completing a full software lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Must have 5+ years of full life cycle development
Must have 5+ years of programming software in C++
Must have Windows experience in recent OS.
industry experience in software production preferred, but application with developer or programming experience accepted.

Prefer folks with Kernel or system level programming and some management.
